Service of Process is completed utilizing our experience and knowledge of all applicable laws to assure proper and timely service. Yet we understand that the serve is not complete until the Affidavit is in your hands. Once the individual is served you will receive an Email notification of completion of service. We will then deliver to you a copy of the notarized Affidavit via email and mail the original.
Routine Service
Routine service is normally completed within 5 business days. Unless the person being served is out of town, moved or avoiding service. Often time, routines services are completed the next day. Magnum-Diego does not operate on a first in first out basis. We integrate our new serves with our current workload.
Rush Service
Rush service is a service needing to be attempted and completed the same day/next day or for a scheduled date and time.
