Routine Service
Routine service is normally completed within 3 to 5 business days. Unless the person being served is out of town, moved or avoiding service. Often time routines services are completed the next day. Magnum-Diego does not operate on a first in first out basis. We integrate our new serves with our current workload.
Rush Service
Rush service is a service needing to be attempted and completed the same day/next day or for a scheduled date and time.
Service to a Registered Agent
Registered Agents have become stricter on accepting papers where the defendant is not properly named. For example; they will not accept service for ABC Service or ABC Service Company when the full name of the company is ABC Service Company, Inc. Prior to this change, they would allow us to make the correction on the court papers, now they refuse to accept the papers. Please ensure you use the full name of the company prior to filing your case with the court.
